Q1: What are the applications for the Non Woven wadding (Dacron)?
Due to the flexibility of the filling process, our Non-Woven wadding could be used
as filling for garments, quilts, mattresses, bed covers, sleeping pillows, sport
wears, insulators, Geo textile etc...
Q2: What are the weights of the polyester wadding that we produce?
We are capable of producing various weights, starting from 50 grams/Sqm up to 2
Kg/Sqm
Q3: what are the widths of the Polyester Non-Woven that we produce?
Rolls with the widths up to 3.5 meters vacuumed packed to reduce the volume and
decrease its shipping costs.
Q4: Can customer's products be manufactured according to their requirements?
We analyze the requirements of our customers, in regards to the stability of the
fiber, the denier, weight and length is determined.
Q5: How does the wadding behave after filling and washing?
The sophisticated technology used assures the best behavior and quality for lasting
usage.
Q6: How exact is the weight per square meter?
Highly classified equipment and computerized machinery are used to stabilize the
product. Quality inspections guarantee accurate results. Our tolerance is +/- 2%
of the exact weight.
Q7: How is the finished roll tagged?
Each roll is specified with a separate printed with: width, thickness, net weight
and gross weight of the roll which makes it easy identify.
Q8: What is the minimum quantity that we can deliver of our Non Woven wadding?
As small as 1000 kg a batch can be delivered. Export requests are highly welcomed.
Q9: How is the pillow prepared for dispatch?
Each pillow is packed in a transparent plastic vacuumed and sealed sack with our
name printed on it.
Q10: Are the pillows washable?
Yes, our pillows can be washed at 40 deg c. As specified on the washing instructions
which is stitched on the pillow.
Q11: Can we manufacture custom sizes?
Yes, we do manufacture accordance to customer's request depending on the ordered
quantity.
Q12: What's the difference between Dacron quilt and Fiber-Ball quilt ?
Though the difference price-wise is very little , but the physical differences between
these two types are very obvious.
Fiber-Ball quilt is more durable and will maintain its resilience no matter the
pressure and times of washing applied
Fiber-Ball quilt will be very easily matched with Feather fill quilts in weight/heat
retaining but no way in price matching for Fiber-Ball is cheaper in compare .
Q13: Are our Quilts washable?
Our quilts are 100% washable and maintain its quality of the printing when washed
at 35 deg c.
Q14: How do we pack our Sleeping Bags?
- Adults: In suitable Cotton/Polyester cubic bags with printed name and logo.
- Junior: In tubular water proof fabric bags, stitched with our label.
15: How heavy is the sleeping bag?
Even if you are not into ultra light backpacking, there is no reason to carry too
much weight if it isn't necessary. A decent summer sleeping bag shouldn't weigh
more than about three pounds. To get down to the weight of my down bag (17 ounces)
you'll have to spend more. A winter bag will be heavier because of the additional
filling, but in any case, compare the various bags according to their temperature
ratings and total weight (with the stuff sack if you'll be using it).
Q16: How many types of mattresses do we manufacture?
Our mattresses are manufactured in two main quality lines:
The Standard Line with three types: Super, Deluxe and Extra
The Top line with three types also: Imperial, Royal and Memorial.
Q17: Why did we create the two quality lines?
Our Standard Line covers all your basic needs in a spring mattress, while the mattresses
in the Top line have additional features that make them much more comfortable, durable
and attractive.

Q19: Is there a big difference price-wise between the various lines and types?
The price difference depends on the mattress size. Our price calculations are based
on square meters, therefore the bigger the sizes the bigger the difference.
Q20: What are the standard measures of our mattresses?
Though we can manufacture mattresses in any length & width, we prefer to stick to
the following:
Lengthwise: 190 cm or 200 cm
Cross-Wise: Starting with 80 cm with interval additions of 5 cm each.
Q21: How flexible are our mattress designs?
We have a large selection of designs; however we may produce custom designs for
our customers depending on their request.
Q22: How do you know when you need to change your mattress?
Depending on usage, a good quality mattress serves between 5 to 7 years
Sign which leads you to think of changing your mattress: When you sense a change
in the mattress comfort... When you feel a deep sag on the surface of the mattress,
when you hear load sounds as you move on your mattress, These are the main reasons
that should cause you to think of a new mattress. None of the above signs should
happen in the first year of buying a mattress. If it does, then there is a manufacturing
defect, so contact the nearest supplier to change your mattress directly.
Q23: Are the printed colors stable when washing ?
Yes , any other size could be manufactured depending on the quantity ordered.
Q24: Are the printed colors stable when washing ?
Yes, 100% stable on 35deg c washing .
Q25: In how many colors and embroidered designs our bed covers are manufactured ?
Normally our embroidered bed covers are manufactured with 100% polyester satin fabric. We use four main colors: Bright white, beige, light pink, light peach.
